For a proposal, the chef prepares a tasting dinner for two at home, in a chalet or a suite, and coordinates the surprise with you: dessert timing, ring, flowers. The Prestige level ($195 to $275 per person, before taxes) is the most requested for this occasion.
How the surprise is organised
- A call to plan the timing: which course, who arrives when.
- The chef can arrive while you're out and set everything up.
- Dessert can carry a message, or hold the ring.
- After service, she tidies up and slips away: the evening stays yours.
Places that work best
An Old Québec condo with a view, a Charlevoix chalet at sunset, a house on Île d'Orléans: the kitchen can be basic, the chef brings what's missing.
