Based in Quebec City, the chef travels free of charge across the city and surroundings: Old Québec, Sillery, Limoilou, Sainte-Foy, Charlesbourg, Beauport and Lac-Beauport. Groceries come from Costco Business Centre, the fish market on avenue Cartier, Fruiterie 440 and the Xinya supermarket.
