Booking and payment

Your proposal is tailored and carries no commitment. The date is reserved when the deposit (30% of the total) is received, and the balance is paid before the event. Prices on the site are per person and before taxes. Payment is by card, on Stripe's secure page (no card number goes through this site), or by direct deposit.

Cancellation

If you cancel at least 14 days before the event, your deposit is refunded in full. Between 14 and 7 days, the deposit is kept to cover the reserved date. Less than 7 days before, the full amount of the proposal is due, since purchases and preparation are already under way.

Meal prep: a cancellation received at least 72 hours before the preparation is refunded in full; within 72 hours, the cost of ingredients already purchased remains due.

Travel

No travel fee within 40 km of Quebec City. Beyond that, $0.85 per kilometre (round trip). Beyond 600 km, travel is quoted individually. It is always written in your proposal before you accept it.

Allergies and dietary restrictions

Please list every allergy and restriction in your request (and your guests', with the link you are given): the menu is planned around them and every dish is checked. Because the cooking happens in your home with products that may contain traces, I cannot guarantee the total absence of allergen traces. For a severe allergy, tell me in advance: we will agree on precautions together.
