Buffet and culinary stations

I prepare buffets and food stations for your gatherings: generous dishes and fresh ingredients, adapted to your guest count and their allergies.

To me, a buffet is a big table to explore: several stations, hot and cold dishes that go well together.

I set everything up, refill during service and clear away at the end.
